Use of Website

This website is operated by Ball for Bloomfield for sharing campaign information, requesting support, and facilitating campaign contributions.

Contributions

• All contributions are voluntary and governed by applicable campaign finance laws.
• Iowa law requires Ball for Bloomfield to collect and report donor name, address, and amount contributed to the IECDB.
• Contributions are processed through Stripe. By donating, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy.

Yard Sign Requests

When you request a yard sign, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email to confirm delivery or share campaign-related information.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Ball for Bloomfield and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

This site is provided “as is.” Ball for Bloomfield is not responsible for errors, omissions, or damages arising from use of the site or third-party services (such as Stripe).
